Happy face mask Friday everyone. It’s Friday night and I am all in for a pamper evening, are you? Every Friday I bring to you a new, tested and tried face mask review. Somehow I hope to give you a try before you buy review, that gives you more on the product than the description. Most masks are to help my skin type, being normal to dry but sometimes others take my fancy too.
Though this may not necessarily be classed as a face mask, it came up when I searched face masks and its different to any I have tried. So I thought I would give it a go. This is Dr.Oracle 21Stay A-Thera Peeling Stick. Now if you are a regular reader, you will know that the colder it gets, the drier my skin is, especially in the t-zone.
The mask or cotton swab as this is, is soaked in an anti-acne formula. To be used for some serious TLC and aims to unclog pores and reduce blemishes. Glycolic and lactic acids are too clear the dead skin sells and the bamboo extracts help to moisturise and calm the skin. Suitable for all skin types which is a bonus.
Let’s talk packaging. Well its a basic rectangular packet and its very clinical. You know white, basic and clean. It really does have a hospital clinic feel with the white packaging, a small amount of teal and black writing. The skinniest of face mask packages and for what this is, it does and is good for what it needs. At the front is the branding Dr.Oracles and the product name. All the details are on the back, instructions, ingredients and all the must haves you have to have on your products.
I always read the instructions because you can never just chance it. Some really surprise you and that is why it’s good to always read them first. Being this is completely new to me, I was surprised with the instructions. Thought they are only written, they are made to read clearly and useable for most.
So I opened it, which was easy. Tore the package open and removed the cotton swab. That is the face mask. Ever had a mask like this? When I got this out, I was like really? But as I went along it was really easy to use and bish, bash, bosh done.
It tells you to make sure you leave your eyes, hair lines and mouth clear and focus on the t-zone and areas of blemishes and needing help. For me my t-zone especially my forehead was slightly on the drier side and you could see the dry skin crumbling off.
Using the cotton swab, I ran it all over my face. When near the areas that really needed working on, I really tried to rub and tab the swab into the area. As the instructions stated. Honesty you could put as much or as little effort in as you needed. I put a lot in because I want to try get the best results from it.
Strangest thing about this mask, is that you don’t take it off. Tab the cotton swab over your face when you are finished and continue with your skincare routine.
As you may know I love masks you able, so this was really good. Not only easy to use but works to get to the areas of need that sheet masks don’t get too, due to the overlapping of mask and my small face.
My skin is pretty clear and in good condition most of the time. I hardly get blemishes or spots and I haven’t ever had acne. But I do have dry skin and so its good to use and get rid of that and work on improving my dry skin.
When I had finished using the swab, my face felt sticky where there was a little that needed to sink in more. But that is to be expected. Now a day after my skin feels fantastic. Not only has it worked and well, my face has the right amount in it to make it balanced.
I would 100% recommend this and I will be using it again. For the fact you can just open it, rub all over the face and work harder on the areas that need more attention. Then off you go with your day/night. Really simple to use and works.
It’s for everyone, because all types fo skin can use and benefit with this. It’s not just for acne prone skin. We all need that extra TLC and bonus of ingredients to clear the skin, moisturise it and calm it down.
£3.50 is how much it costs and its a bargain. Acts as a natural antiseptic and helps keep your skin boosted for the best results.
Skincare is my thing and should be everyones. You can’t say you don’t have time for this, especially if you apply makeup daily. Just wipe this over your face before you day or night cream. That is it and off you go.
Really cannot fault this mask. 100% will use this often and recommend it. Even if you are to use it once a week or month to boost or give it a treat. You really don’t want look your worst do you?
What is your go to mask at the minute? One you would recommend me?
