Happy face mask Friday and happy new year! Welcome back to the first face mask Friday of the year. Every Friday I review a different mask for you and they are mostly to help my skin type but sometimes they just shout at me and I have to purchase them. My skin type is normal to dry and as the colder weather is here, it is definitely dryer. 

This week’s mask is one of Disney’s Animal face masks and this one is Tigger. Fun fact Tigger is my favourite Disney character and has been since I went to Disney world in 1997.  Tigger in mask form is a sheet mask, and is to help you take care of your skin. Aiming to hydrate and soften the skin and is definitely infused in honey! 

Let’s talk packaging, well its orange, bright, bold and tigger like but based on a pastel orange background. Tigger is animated on the front, not once but four times. The black stars bring out the strips on tigger. Like many other masks all the boring and important stuff is on the back, from ingredients and instructions. Then the writing is too small for me to read anymore.

All you need is a clean, dry face and you can go. This is what I love about face masks and skincare. You actually can’t say you don’t have time because its not like it stops you doing anything at home whilst wearing it. 

As soon as I opened the mask, the sweetest, loveliest smelling honey scent came wandering out and welcome me. Honey scented to tie in with the Winnie The Pooh theme. But one that I love because it really did smell amazing. 

Always check the instructions because sometimes masks surprise you with the amount of time they should be on your face. This mask being a 10-12 minute leave on. I have had some that really surprise me with a 1 minute leave on, which is really random. 

When I got the mask out of the packet, I was really surprised that not only was the mask full on Tigger’s face but it had a plastic backing. Letting the mask stay at its best before use. I love this factor about the mask because its helpful to open up, removed easily and you get the best out of the mask. The fun factor added being its Tigger’s face. Put a smile on my face. 

Many of you may know this, but sheet masks aren’t the best masks for me because they never fit my face properly. That or I am totally rubbish at applying them. Why don’t they make different sizes like they do, glasses, hairbands, rings, clothes and socks? So I tried that’s all I can say. To be fair it was one of the better to fit me. It folded correctly and tightly allowing the mask to work across most of my face. 

Once I was happy and the mask looked like it fit well. I looked like Tigger that was it my off to chill time. What can you do in 12 minutes? Put the dinner on, run the hoover through, empty the dishwasher or reload it? Or be like me and just go read for a while. 

When the 12 minutes were up and I was still looking like Tigger. It was time to take off. This is where sheet masks are easy because you just take them off and in one go they are off. 

Normally sheet masks instruct to massage in the excess, this tells you to wash it off. Which I find is strange. Aren’t you just washing off the goodness that has tried to help your face? 

Having said that my face feels in such good condition. There aren’t any dry patches anywhere and its so soft and smooth. I really would have to say that this mask has made the most impact on my skin than many I have used over the last few months. 

This mask is a bit of fun but at the same time really is helping you to look after yourself and your skin. Every part of you needs loving and help and thats what this mask did. Put a smile on my face because I looked like Tigger. Sort of childish. But at the same time is working wonders on your face and no one wants dry skin or rougher patches when a 12 minute mask can make you feel good for me 4 days already. 

For the bargain £3.99 I would recommend this to anyone. For fun, a laugh, pamper party but also because it works. It does what it says it should and for days after also. Don’t think this is a teenagers mask either being Disney because if your face needs hydrating, a little boost to make you look and feel good then this mask is for you. 

Look how clear, clean and smooth my skin looks? It’s immaculate. That is what this mask has done for me. I am now looking forward to trying more of the Disney range face masks because if they are anything like this. Then the inner child in me will be coming out every week. 

Anyone can use this mask and I highly recommend to go get one of these to anyone. Give your face and skin a boost that it needs on these cold winter days. Smile because you are Tigger and fall in love with the warm welcoming smell of honey from the moment you open the mask to taking it off 15 minutes roughly after.
